As the comments below suggest.. Blamed COVID for their lack of ability to communicate, respond on time and inform me of any particular detail within the 6 weeks they had my machine. They also returned the machine with more problems than it went in with. My machine will no longer pour coffee and I only wanted it to be serviced.They returned it with a non repair sticker and now it's broken. Would really suggest you DO NOT use this company.Very mad....

I took our machine to these people twice in six months, and now it's cactus again. Looks like they didn't put in a new o-ring when replacing the pump. Nice people when you actually interact with them, but very hard to reach on the phone, and they don't respond to emails or messages.

Just picked up my Saeco coffee machine today. Fastest turnaround time I've ever had here. It's been a couple of years since I've been here. When you drop off and the machine is clean and you receive back with dried milk on the frothing nozzle from when they have tested, it puts a sour taste in your mouth about how thorough and complete the service is.

They did an ok job to get my coffee machine back online, but had I been paying moser attention at pickup there are a few questionable extras on the bill like a new basket I didn’t need and didn’t ask for

I have never had better service in my life. The gentlemen treated me with politeness and respect, informed me of the length it'll take to have repairs done, and then had a conversation about how these things happen and what I can do to avoid needing repairs in the future. I recommend these folk for all your machine needs

Don’t bother with these guys they have had my machine now over 4 weeks, they have never rung me with updates I’ve rung nemourous times, all they do is give excuses for it not being ready and lots of false promises. This is the second time that I’ve taken it to them in 12 months and still the same disfunctionalservice. All I want is the machine back, and never to go there again.

Absolutely appalling. Dropped my coffee machine in for repair in May ... have not heard a single thing since - despite requests for information - until I get a text in November asking me if it was OK to dispose of my machine?!?!?!? Worst customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. They kept machine for 2 months. Didn't respond to email or phone calls requesting an update. When finally returned machine it didn't turn on. All for $240. Thank you very much your business and staff are clearly a waste of time and space.

Very expensive base fee of almost $100 just to check your machine. Discouraging people to repair items worth 2 or 300.

Poor diagnosis and offered unnecessary repair. Second opinion sought and saved $500. Amazed that the well loved Saeco was back in service after $100 and some honesty...look elsewhere.
