Rod squeezed us in at short notice while we were staying in Shell Harbour NSW South Coast) for a few days to sort out a problem with the brakes on the van. Completed the work in a few hours, now confident that all is OK to continue our travels. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Where do I start! We were travelling through the area with a caravan and very far from home. We had lost all brakes to the van and after being turned away from half a dozen auto electricians, we thought we would try our luck with A1 Custom Caravan Repairs. We were welcomed straight away and they did not hesitate to help us out. It was all hands on and the problems were soon diagnosed. The issue was larger then expected, however the team had us back on the road in no time. Their service was outstanding, pricing is extremely fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We have just bought a second hand caravan and Rod and Dwayne sorted out our electrical problems. They installed an Anderson plug and 12 pin plug, a DC to DC charger and also did some rewiring in the van.We are very pleased with the work they did and they took their time to explain how everything works. We will certainly go back and have them do more work for us if it is needed. Rod also gave us his card to ring him if we ever had any questions.

They did a great job with our van. The repairs were complicated and the job was done so quickly. We’re super happy with the repairs. Highly recommend.

Rod and his team were very thorough with the work that they did on our van. They took the time to explain how things work and provided me with knowledge so that I understood what to look for in the future. They serviced our van and did some work on our brakes. The quality of the work was thorough. I was thankful as he had a 4 week lead time but squeezed me in within 3 days. Thanks guys

I live in Tasmania, I was travelling south from Penrith to Batemans Bay when I experienced brake/controller issues. I was at Port Kembla so i done a google search for caravan repairs and I came up with A1 Custom Caravan Repairs.I phoned them and they said come in and they would have a look for me. I drove 20 minutes down to Oak Flats Albion Park. Straight away Dwayne and Harley said drive it all into the workshop, they jacked the van up and tested all the electrics, then readjusted all 4 wheels and handbrake on van .Then Dwayne pulled redarc controller out and refitted properly better than original fit by dealer .Rod you have a great crew in your business, your service was fantastic, I lost very little time in my travels. Unbelievable service prompt efficient quality and very reasonable pricing. Thoroughly recommend this business to anyone travelling in that area. Can't thank them enough.

I don’t often write reviews, but, thanks to Rod, Dwyane and the staff at A1 Custom Caravan Repairs, for their professionalism and expert work carried out on our caravan.Our van had major water leak from the roof area, we have extended warranty with AWN Insurance, Rod did all the paperwork required for AWN to do the claim. I was always kept up to date with the progress of the work being carried out.We had the 12-month service done,it was discovered we had an electric brake issue I was contacted before going ahead with the replacement part and advised of when the part would arrive and the expected time frame that our van to be ready. At all times everything that was told to me was carried out and within the timeframe given.Thanks to Rod and the team you will defiantly have a customer for life and I recommend anyone with a caravan to give these guys a go.
