I contacted Darren at TRB by phone having googled treadmill repair companies.There was no mention of monies so Darren saved me over $1,500 which was my alternative to replace my existing 15 year old treadmill!!Darren answered promptly and when I explained that my local supplier and service company in North Queensland were unable to advise or assist me he suggested I take photos and would endeavour to try toassist me.Success! Do not recommend this company. Since December I have been trying to get the treadmill fixed. Agreed on a new motor but no one turned up. No one answers phones, returns calls and generally poor service. Very disappointed as the treadmill is now in worse condition than it started with me unable to get anyone else to fix.

Darren replaced a treadmill belt for me today. He is so knowledgeable and it was a real education to listen to his guidance. I had no trouble getting in contact with him and organising times. From my experience I Highly recommend Darren to work on your equipment and for getting me back and running and the importance of the safety clip!

Darren came out and fixed my treadmill on 21 October 2021 and did a great job at the time. I have been messaging him since 28 October as my treadmill stops abruptly multiple times when using it. It never did this before and did this the first time I used it after being fixed. I get he is hard to get a hold of because he’s extremely busy but it’s poor service to not reply after nearly 3 months. I should have bought a new treadmill during the Christmas sales. Not a happy customer and extremely peaved off.
