I wanted to know for sure the agent who represents my property is the best person for the job. For a couple of months, I went to view properties as a potential buyer to get an understanding of the service levels given to the buyers. Compared to the other agents I considered, George stood out in his professionalism and he excelled in the way he communicated and followed up with us as potential buyers. The way an agent deals with potential buyers is important and we liked what we saw, so my wife and I decided to go with George.George did not disappoint. Throughout the campaign, he provided guidance and more importantly he communicated with me regularly to give me visibility and details of potential buyers whom he brought through the property. We focused especially on high potential leads. We reviewed our plan and strategy constantly to make sure we were on the right track. Many offers were made during the campaign, but George knew the target price we were aiming for. He spent his time and efforts on identifying the buyers with the right budget and ultimately, our property was sold at a strong price that was higher than similar properties that were selling in the area.It has been a pleasure to have met and worked with George. They don't understand agency work at all and treat tenants rudely. Not recommend it to anyone. I applied for a property last week. I was not interested in it and asked the agent to recommend alternative ones. But they didn't. They asked me to pay deposit for this property. They didn't tell me the conditions for the deposit or the lease agreement. They told me later that there was leaking condition. I was concerned and requested a condition report. I didn't see these in confirmation email after I paid the deposit. So after one hour, I told them I didn't want this property and wanted my deposit back. But they refused to return me any of the $750. I tried to call them but none of the agents answered my phone. I went to one of the office but they still didn't answer my phone. I had to go to the head office the other day. The property manager Angela Berberian was rude to me. She impatiently scored me at the reception desk and asked me to leave, treating me like a rag.They took me $750 and I just wanted to talk to them but none of them treat me politely.They didn't do agency work in a right way.I recommend people not to collaborate with them if you are looking for a place to live. They just want money and don't value relationship. Their ways of treating a customer is rude, inconsiderable and shameful.

Highly Recommend!Late on post but couldn't resist me to write that we found Jay to be very professional, respectful and genuine. His knowledge of the local market was excellent and his communication skills were outstanding, being considerate and approachable at all times. He went out of his way to make the whole process of selling my mother's property as stress free as he possibly could.Best of all we got an amazing result!

Extremely inept real estate agent - Eddie Zhao. Lacking basic experience to deal with difficult tenants. Gets pushed around with the slightest of threats around court/legal fees.Cannot follow basic instructions when told we don't want their particular service (fire alarm, plumbing, locksmith etc). Calls himself a senior manager but when told to handle the situation, he resorts to excuses like I'm not a tradie

The process has been seamless, communication timely and effective, with the outcome of the sale before auction very pleasing. Most of all we have felt that the campaign and all communication has always been personal, but also direct and to the point.
