I really hesitated over this review. Produce is nice and price is cheap. However, if someone were to want excellent customer service then I don’t think this place is it. We had an incident years ago where we didn’t think much of what we were buying but the total came out a little high. We thought some produce must have been marked wrong or something and we came to a lady to see if she could help us. She did for a few minutes until she told us to go. I looked and realised we were apparently holding up the line of other people. The old cashier lady next to her was mumbling under her breath, not helping, and did not resume checking out other customers thereby also holding up the other customers. I did not mention I was blind, however because of this failure, when I further needed help, this was rejected. Serving a disabled customer would mean extra care, patience and time. I would reckon serving customers in general would too but it seems the staff have issues. I was too distraught by this situation and did not come back to this store for a while. These days, they have swapped to new staff, however, new staff seem to not be any better.

On peak hours, they are quite busy and hard to get parking that's close by. So I normally come very early in the morning or later in the afternoon before they start packing up. Cheapest vegetable and fruit prices in the State and quality of produce is good.

Often 75% cheaper than supermarkets. Cheaper than any weekend markets even though it is a store open 7 days. Always very busy - means that the fruit and veg is coming in fresh every day.

The quality of some products is not up to standard. They should only put out fruits and vegetables that are fit for human consumption
