This store has a lot of gear when it comes to roof racks and accessories, not the cheapest place unfortunately but pretty good service although it does get busy so be prepared to wait.

Great service. Rodger was helpful on the phone and got our Thule roof box ordered in very quickly. In store Rodger helped us unpack and fit the box to our racks. He was happy to help adjust the roof rack positioning so that the box fit our roof and the boot could open. Thanks for your help!

Went to the Mitchell one the other day and got great service. Went to the one in Belconnen today and got the worst customer service I’ve ever received. One guy had no idea what he was talking about and almost sold me something that would have scratched the paint on my car. The other couldn’t get off his computer and put some effort into the sale. Never written a review before but after today I had to.

Really helpful. Go out of their way to be of service. I couldn’t fit the roof rack I bought onto my Mitsubishi. The pins weren’t locking into place. Maybe a factory defect? I took it back and received amazing service! The roof rack was altered slightly to make it fit and it was installed for free! Thank you so much!

I was having trouble trying to install roof racks. An aquaintance recommend RRC and I dropped in to see if I could get some help. Roger offered to do it for a price to which I readily agreed too. He also suggested slight modifications to 'silence' the unit and in no time at all, everything was installed. Very informative, good customer service and reasonably priced. Thanks Roger, glad I dropped in. I would still be trying to do install it!

despite parking outside and telling the exact make, model, month and year of build of my vehicle was told rhino don't make a track mounted roof rack system for my vehicle, which they do, was told rola don't make a product suitable for my vehicle, which they do. Then waited three weeks for recommended product to arrive, which did not fit my vehicle, another two weeks later I'm left with nothing as I head off on holiday.
