Ozone Clean Laundrette

Very convenient and nice. Price i think is just a tiny bit expensive but everything is perfect and clean.

I have been here for few times. Initially owner provided the free laundry powder but now each pack is $2.50 which is disappointing for me. Softener is also $2.50. I have used 2 13.5kg washing machines each $10.5 and 2 laundry powder packs and 1 dryer for 28 mins which is nearly $7. Overall it costed me $33. I felt this laundromat is really expensive.Machines are clean and neat but the prices are expensive

Nice and clean. Speed and price are within a normal range. You need an actual card. Apple pay didn’t work now. Hope this works soon:)

Good and the place’s clean but abut expensive for once smaller washing cost start 10.50$ and the drying smaller start 1.60$ (9mins)

I usually visit another laundromat nearby but wanted to give Ozone a shot as I had some work near the Docklands and thought this would be a nice offering.Went inside, really clean space- nice and compact. Loaded up on two washing machines and went out for a bit. Came back and saw one machine was done, however, the other one was stuck.Feeling a bit agitated and not knowing what to do, I called the 1300 number (available on the wall) and I was actually stunned by the level of service.Keep in mind, this was a public holiday (Easter Monday) but the person on the phone guided me through resolving the issue but when we finally managed to open the machine- heaps of water came out.I had some work to do, so the person on the phone, Leon, assured me that he would come down to the laundry- rewash my clothes and dry them, all at no cost for me.I am really happy with the level of service I received yesterday and would recommend Ozone to anyone and everyone looking for some amazing washes and even better people.

No more coins. Excellent but could be little expensive. Overall a good place for the laundry.

Machine was faulty and took my money twice . Ozone offer no options for refund, they are thrives. Ended up paying $39 for one wash. Shameful!

Washer 2 does not work. You only find that out after you’ve loaded all your washing, purchased your detergent and put it in the machine. Poor system design.
