Cluny is hands down one of the best mechanics I have ever used in my life. I have zero issues trusting my vehicles, and therefore the safety of myself, and more importantly my family, to the team at Fernvale Automotive. Great service, always good for a chat, and very reliable repairs.

Excellent and friendly customer service, helped out with our car service and was reasonably priced as well. I Would highly recommend them. Why not support a local business.

Rude offensive man swore and yelled at us for parking in his car park when we weren’t customers. Could have come out nicely using manners but no. I thought he was going to come attack me. Understandable that we did the wrong thing however but no need for arrogant behaviour towards a woman.

Our car was playing up badly one morning, took it straight to Cluny and Mitchell, spark plugs and coil packs ordered and fixed by the afternoon. Excellent service, great price, absolutely spot on. Thanks guys.

Preformed a major car service. Kept me up to date with progress via regular phone calls, and was able to explain and justify any major expenses. Was friendly and flexible with payment options. Prices were about what's expected for the work performed.
