Loved this cute shop with so many interesting things to buy.. books, crystals, herbs,tea and all sorts of remedies.The assistant was really helpful and knew all about the different herbs and helped me select something useful for my daughter who had low energy.I liked that they treated my daughter and her friend respectfully even though they are young as so many stores seem to ignore young people. Looking forward to going back.

We had a very unpleasant experience, the lady was really rude. She was all the time doing something else and when we grab a balm to smell, which was our mistake not to ask first, she told us in a very rude way that we’re not supposed to do that. Perhaps if she was paying attention and helping customers we could have avoided all this situation. Very poor customer service skills

Randomly surcharged me, despite not surcharging me in previous transactions. Very rude shop owner. Just a wack experience. Reeks of moral, spiritual and financial corruption.

came here with a friend and honestly super bad customer service like the lady working here is very rude, everything is also extremely overpriced. its also very very small and crowded, you can’t see many things because ur squished into a corner. but i cant get over the bad customer service like so rude, and im not being a karen about this, the worker was just so rude. if you want to buy herbs and crystals, there are a million other places in west end, i highly do not recommend this place

Absolutely fantastic! The variety of products offered is incredible, with a range of herbs, supplements and tinctures for just about anything. There is a definite sense of pride in providing high quality products, and having a deep knowledge of the products they sell. I haven't visited the store in person, although I've passed it many times walking through West End, however their website is very well made, easy to navigate, and contains all you need to know about what you are interested in purchasing. Very quick delivery to the Brisbane area, my orders have never taken more than three days to arrive. One thing that may be slightly off-putting is pricing, however it is not unreasonable by any means especially compared to other similar stores. I would highly recommend shopping here, thank you guys for providing a great service!

This shop is FRESH and newly refurbished.. It looks wonderful and the new owner LANNY, is very conscientious. Go see this wonderful improvement. As a retired Emergency Department registered nurse, I highly recommend it .

Beautiful store! Received a lot of guidance from Jessica, she was so helpful and very knowledgeable, was so lovely and friendly she knew exactly what I needed will definitely be back again :)
