They lead so un responsible and not respectful customer service . If you have a issue with product they will recommend online customer service and wont solve problem in store. And customer service would play words to not accept faulty items or refunds . Not waste your time in here

A worker there named Sophia has excellent customer service. I was unsure of what furniture would be suitable for my living space so I asked her for help. She was very polite and took her time whilst helping me. I will definitely be coming back to purchase more items.

Excellent customer service by Patrick and the team. They went so far and beyond when I pointed out a design flaw with a bed set and worked with the manufacturer to modify the bed and rectify the issue. Not many retailers would do other than offering some compensation or at most agreeing to a refund. We really like our bed set and were delighted that the issue was rectified. Well done By Design.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Sailing Furniture's Policy1. Unreasonable Return Restrictions: Sailing Furniture's return policy is excessively stringent, making it nearly impossible for customers to navigate the process. They impose strict timelines, demand original packaging, and require burdensome documentation. It seems their aim is to discourage returns rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. This lack of flexibility is simply unacceptable.2. Lack of Customer-Friendly Exchanges: When attempting to exchange a defective item, I was met with nothing but obstacles. Sailing Furniture insisted on adhering to their rigid policies, failing to recognize the inconvenience caused to customers. Instead of offering swift resolutions, they made it feel like a battle just to obtain a functioning piece of furniture. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customer convenience.In conclusion, Sailing Furniture's policy is deeply flawed and highly unsatisfactory. Their restrictive return restrictions, lack of customer-friendly exchanges, inadequate warranty coverage, subpar customer support, and poor communication have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with this company, as their policies reflect a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Sofia was an amazing helper! i recently bought a 600,000 dollar condo in Melbourne and i needed some pictures, i was also looking for some frames and i came across this store and Sofia was extremely helpful. Thanks to her my condo looks perfect!

Good Staff but not good manager as after change mind to buy dinning table he don't want refund our deposit about $1000 , he said this is our policy.(Stupid Policy)I will complain step by step until I get my money back. We shouldn't buy from this kind of shop that make money from weakness of people.( ** 20% cancelation fee will apply for everything **)I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL MY MONEY BACK.as an care worker I work hard many hours to save this money.....
