Great clean store with an amazing range. But the after sale service was way below any ones standards. I purchased a Graco spray gun and it failed within a month. I drove 3 hours to drop it off to them to get repaired. When it was fixed they expected me to spend another 3 hours and my fuel to pick it up. They rudely refused to post item back to me, which would have cost the $20.I called Graco Australia and they have paid for the return postage. Staff could have done what I did but they didn't seem to care.

Absolutely the most painful experience I have endured whilst trying to buy and order paint. Orders being “lost” cant offer any help and is like your speaking a different language to the staff. After 4 trips over 2-3 months the order was finally completed and supplied. Never again.
