Domino’s Pizza St Lucia

I wanted to share my experience with the staff present at this domino’s store , st.Lucia.I my self was employed with domino’s and worked for a year as a maker/ driver / in store person .We have been taught to handle pressure and customer of different race and region . All of them should be respected and each and every person who works in this store should be taught how to handle pressure or handle store during peak busy hours.The peak hours is determined by weekends or when it’s a game day . But what I experienced is on a slow going Tuesday . I see the store persons/ store leaders are sending away their customer by saying that the approximate wait time is about 20 min for a pizza .This is very disappointing for me facing this situation with the store in my suburb.I hope this review will be considered and required action should be taken.

Love the generous toppings, definitely not stingy. Love the friendly and hospitable customer service from the store manager who served us last night. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

However, I must highlight a disappointing experience with a particular staff member named Monty. Throughout my visit, Monty seemed to have a consistently rude and aggravating demeanor towards me, which dampened my overall experience.It is important for customer service representatives to be professional, respectful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, Monty did not exhibit these qualities during my time at St Lucia Dominoes. His behavior made me feel unwelcome and upset, which was disappointing given how much I enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the restaurant.Despite the negative experience with Monty, I would still highly recommend St Lucia Dominoes to anyone craving authentic Caribbean cuisine. The food alone is worth the visit, and the vibrant atmosphere adds an extra touch of warmth and charm. Went at around lunchtime and was greeted by an extremely rude manager who was extremely slow at making the order. Terrible customer service.

However, my encounter with Vrujal quickly turned this expectation into a regrettable reality. From the moment I approached the counter to place my order, Vrujal displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect.Not only did Vrujal fail to greet me or acknowledge my presence, but they also exhibited an uncooperative and dismissive attitude. When I attempted to communicate my order preferences, Vrujal became increasingly hostile, using offensive language and directing it towards me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of Domino's Pizza as a reputable establishment.I want to emphasize that I have always held Domino's Pizza in high regard and have been a loyal customer for several years. Order was wrong. Called up and put on hold straight away and was hung up on while on hold. I proceeded to tell him what was wrong with the pizza and get called “a cocky piece of S#%t.

Convenient stop between uni and home for those late night study session. Also is open late enough when you lose track of time studying

Thank you Liam, ( manager on the night of order) Your customer service is amazing and yet again a great Pizza from your team! After my visit last night it was a disappointment of the attitude of the staff member ISA who is rude, arrogant, provoking for an argument and speaking over you as I was speaking to you. There is always one bad apple in the bunch and sadly he is the one. I am quite shocked to see someonewith such poor customer service skills employed by Dominos after the amazing staff I encounter on my visits. ISA needs a lesson in how to know his place, step back and let trained, skilled staff do their job NOT aggravating good, long standing customers with his arrogant behaviour. We as customers do not need this type of person serving us and tarnishing your reputation!! But again Thank You! PS-I always give 5 stars, pizza 5 stars but you can thank ISA for the 2 star deduction for my rating. Dominos can find better staff members and I hope he will not be there next time I visit.
