Hi Jackie,Time flies and it is almost 10 months since we moved into the new home.  We love the house and thanks to you & the Kaplan team for building us our dream home. The build quality, the inclusions, the experience … 5 out of 5 !We are really happy that we have made the right choice.  Building a new house is not an easy process to navigate even though we have built our last few homes prior to this; and staying overseas during a large part of the journey made it even harder; lots of emails, phone conversations and zoom meetings (we’re probably the first one to do so with Kaplan).  We made it through smoothly with help from yourself, Denise, Anne and Cindy.The highlights would be the transition from completion to maintenance; our regards to Warren and his team (Ray, Alexandra and Glen) for doing such a great job.  The timeliness in responding to our requests and the follow-through is the best experience we have ever had.If we are to build again, Kaplan would be our first choice.  Our friends who visited our place told us the same.  In fact, one of our friends has just signed up with Kaplan and we are sure he will say the same when we next meet.Our Best Wishes to you and Kaplan for the many years to come.Cheers

Kaplan Homes has been amazing to work with. They helped us with the design choice and colour schemes and have also assisted us with all our enquries from start to finish. Their 7 star package has all the inclusions that you would want when building a new house. Tim our building and design consultant and Jana our interior designer has been absolutely amazing to work with along with our project coordinator Raymond who is always a call away when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend Kaplan Homes to others.

It has been a pleasure communicating with Nikolina (our project coordinator) over the last 12 months. All our questions and concerns were answered and resolved in a quick and very professional manner.She is a very honest, reliable, and dedicated team member.I thank her for everything she did for us and wish you heaps of success and happiness in your career.I have also enjoyed getting to know Warren and Jacob and thank them for everything they did for us:-)

Kaplan Homes has built two residential homes in the span of 2 years for us. They never compromise on quality and deliver the home before time. Our projects were co-ordinated by Vereneke Cawley. She is a highly reliable and punctual project coordinator who gets things done on time. She has accommodated many changes we have requested even after the project commencement. She made sure, we are aware of the current situation of project on regular basis. Her coordination on our 2 home projects were very significant. Given a chance i would wish Kaplan and her to collaborate in some or other way on our future projects too. Than you very much Kaplan and Vereneke Cawley.

We built an investment property with Kaplan home recently. Our experience was amazing. They are the best professional builders you can find in Western Sydney area. From day one when we met Denise to till today, our experience was amazing. They built a beautiful home for us in the timeframe which we agreed to in our contract. House quality is simply superb. We had great experience dealing with Vereneke and other staff at their head office during the selection process. Vereneke is always great in responding to our query/questions throughout this journey. We received all inclusions at per the tender and they are of highest quality. Warren and Nicole provided us some best service during the handover and after that. Warren helped us to fix very minor issues at the time of hand over and afterwards. Our next door fence was not built (as the next door home wasn’t complete at the time of our handover) so I was little anxious whether Kaplan homes will finish this task months after handover or not. However, as expected Warren organised the fence to be built as soon as the next door home is complete and that too without me asking or reminding him. Kaplan homes and the tradies/professionals working there are doing fabulous jobs and building some great quality homes. I highly recommend Kaplan Homes to anyone who is thinking or planning to build their dream home in Western Sydney area.

It has been a great journey building a new home with Kaplan.The support from Kaplan administration team (Vereneke) has been more than satisfactory by always has been proactive and go beyond to help out to satisfy.The quality of materials, home design and workmanship are superb. Warren has always been reachable and assist us when needed.Overall, we are greatly satisfied with building our dream home with Kaplan.

We are just at the beginning stage wit Kaplan but so impress with their Building and Design Consultant -Tim Oakley at Leppington - A 6* professional Consultant, not 5* .He replied our emails after work hour even after 9pm to assist our queries. On the date, we were at display home, he went through the inclusions with us clear and honnest. Love the way Tim and his assistant are friendly and nice to my kids too, they are so kind . Look forward to the Tender next week with Kaplan.

Kaplan Homes built our Aristo 35 just recently. Though it’s our second property, it is our first time to build. We were nervous about the process. We did our own research and compared a lot of builders inclusions, pricing and track record. My officemate recommended Kaplan. Best decision we did. Tim (Sales) guided us without any empty sales drivel. He told us about the Aristo 35 and what we can modify vs our land type and size. He was very quick getting back to us with the costing. Eddie (Tender Presentation) presented to us and was very straightforward and professional. Warren (Construction Manager) and Chantelle (Site Supervisor) were hands on on our house-build. Considering COVID conditions during the build, our build was on schedule. How many Construction Managers actively supervise and check onsite? I met Warren 2 times onsite. He was checking the work as well. When we call Warren and Chantelle, they always update us on our questions about the build. Our Aristo 35 was finished in the quality that was promised. Our build overtook so many builds in the area which started before us. My wife and I did not experience any of the timber shortage or brick layer trade shortage that was prevalent due to covid effects at the time (2022 June start of build). We got a private building inspector and all the inspections only have very minor rectifications and Kaplan tends to these unlike some builders who ignores it. I can only speak for my experience. Fact: It has been a pleasant experience building with Kaplan. My advise, table the pricing in inclusions you want. Put the must have and tabulate in detail the added pricing. That way you will really be comparing apples to apples. Based on quality, value added pricing, communication and professionalism, I recommend Kaplan Homes. - Luis
