Selling my property with Guy Powell was a great experience. He was happy to share his knowledge and expertise even prior to listing with Ray White Mermaid Beach. We were looking to both sell and buy as we had outgrown our place. Being a local himself, he totally understood the lifestyle we love; close to the beach, flat walks to shopping, restaurants and cafes, all within a great community. He is an honest and genuine agent and worked hard through the entire process. He also got to know us as individuals, and as a family and he knew what was important to us in a home. He shared his advise regarding our new place (which we purchased through another agency). He was not biased even though it was not listed with him. In fact he was positive and encouraged us to go for it... and we now have a perfect home!! Guys’ genuine, positive attitude shows from the moment you meet him and continues after the sale. The experience we had with the Ray White Mermaid Beach rentals team was an example of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to endure.This branch of Ray White are the guys that give real estate agents a bad name.Their staff behaved totally unprofessionally, struggled with basic and polite communication and represented appallingly the interests of the landlord from which we were renting the property.Avoid these people at all costs – there are other agents on the Gold Coast that provide a significantly higher level of customer service for both tenants and landlords.Also - the only good reviews on here are done by their own their own team members! I don't normally bother writing these sort of reviews but felt compelled, I really wanted to publicly thank management and staff at Ray White Mermaid Beach We've lived in four different properties in the last 3 years we've dealt with 4 different agents over that time all with varying competence, management styles and all with differing degrees of care factor for there tenants. My partner and I cannot sing the praises highly enough of Ray White Mermaid Beach staff, there genuine caring compassionate approach to the dilemma that we found ourselves in, the professionalism and the speed at which they dealt with our issues really needs to be commended. Renting the place we were in through Craig, our property manager was a tremendous experience that saw service levels go over and above. Our family was relocating from Victoria to the Gold Coast and through this process, Craig worked closely with us to ensure everything was taken care of and that the property was presented immaculately on the day of our arrival. Brooke Goddard is fairly new to the RW team and I’ve been thrilled with her swift call to action, responsiveness and positivity in every exchange. She really goes above and beyond and, it is this high level of service and communication that sets them apart from other rental agencies I’ve had in the past. No request is too much, and it’s all done with precise execution. You won’t have to follow up with Brooke, she is on the ball. Craig is also a stellar supporting cast too. Kim is the most amazing property manager we have ever enocuntered! As a tenant, sometimes Real Estate agencies can be a pain to deal with, but Kim was so so helpful. She was always there to help whenever we had any issues and made our time in the property so pleasant. If you're looking for a rental then she is the person to go to!

Troy Dowker and his efficient team handled the sale of our beachfront property in a very friendly and professional manner. We are very happy with the result achieved and can definitely recommend Ray White Mermaid Beach .
