I'm finally giving this place a review only because I've been getting a lady called Stacy regularly over the last few months servicing through the takeaway area. She has high customer service skills and is genuinely happy every time I've seen her and happy to help or change things without grunting, I would recommend the company do more training with her to further her career

Time and time again we find our order has missing items. We never drive off anymore until we check through all the contents of the bag. 9 times out of 10 there's something missing.

Second time been there and again chicken is really dry and given all small pieces not a mixture. Don't going back there.

Forgot 4 large chips, didn't answer their phone so I sent an email to complaints. 9 days later they sent me a voucher to pay another $6 for 3 large chips. Can you see why this is a one star review? Also 9 days later I was 3000km away and still want my chips.Pictured below: no chips

Opened today. Located next to McDonalds. We entered the drive through around 5:45pm on Saturday evening. Took about 20 minutes to get our food. Staff were friendly and helpful, but it obviously takes a bit longer when they're training new people. Will go there again, but perhaps at a less busy time.

They don't have the Tuesday's special, however your order can be heard loud and clear at the drive thru unlike Redlynch Maccas where you can hardly be heard at the drive thru.
