The staff that attended to me yesterday was nice and gave me a $5 discount voucher to use when I come in again. My husband went today to get a new phone case and a screen protector, the Chinese lady was not helpful at all. She did not put the screen protector properly and was argumentative plus rude. At the end she refuse to give the $5 discount for the phone case that my husband bought. Not happy with the service as staff don't respect the customer's and what's the point they give a discount voucher when the next day staff is just going to deny.

Bought a glass screen protector for myself and a mate, had them install it on both phones. Less than 2 months later they're both peeling off.Told in store we could get a discount and not replaced or repaired.100% will not be coming back. Don't waste your money.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!Although their service is cheaper than most, they use inferior products. Had a phone screen replaced 3 times and when the issues continued the technician blamed a range of issues with my originally fully functioning phone. I called him on all his false claims and was given a 50% refund. However, I am still left with a glitchy phone and out of pocket. They don't use genuine replacement parts even when it is requested. Buyer beware. Not all bad but definitely not all good either.

Came in for a broken iPhone 5S screen I had somehow managed to smash terribly earlier that day, I use it for work and so definitely needed it repaired promptly - This was at 4:30 when they were about to pack up and leave that I brought it in for them to have a look at. The serviceman, Lee was highly professional as well as incredibly enthusiastic; they have locations all across and are constantly building. So if you're able to I'd suggest these guys for a highly competitive rate on phone repairs as well as excellent customer service.Again, thank you. My phone came back better than ever!

Went to this shop today after reading the reviews. Excellent customer service and doesn’t try to charge customers unreasonably ! Very friendly and great place. Highly recommend.

Was quite expensive to get my Samsung 10+ screen fixed because they were out of the cheaper option. I needed my phone fixed asap so I had to get the price option. They also changed my phone border but on further inspection the seal was open. Would not recommend without seeking quotes elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all costs. I had an iPhone screen and back glass repaired here. From the moment the screen was replaced the top corner was unresponsive and didn’t work and I was told this was due to hardware damage within the phone and wasn’t fixable, even though this corner of the screen worked fine when I dropped it off. Within a few days the screen had starting lifting up and the back glass was already loose as they hadn’t been installed properly which is why the screen was unresponsive, a few days later the colour in the screen went completely red and white, another new issue since having my phone “repaired”. I went back with proof of purchase and showed them the issues, and was told nothing could be done about it because the phone had been damaged since they repaired it and hence wasn’t under any warranty. I paid over $300 for something that wasn’t done properly, and then had to spend the same somewhere else (that fixed it properly, including the “hardware damage”), because they wouldn’t fix it properly despite being under warranty and not having installed the parts correctly in the first place. And don’t trust their google reviews - they bribe people with 10% discount if you show that you’ve left a 5 star review.

service is 100% helpful .. I highly recommend this company. they go above and beyond to help you without hesitation. their compassion is impressive.. the customer service lady who assisted me today is Lou.. she is very patience and kind.. Lou is a true credit to this company ♡
