My Chemist

I beg to differ with the previous reviews left for My Chemist Dontown. I get many of mine and my parents prescriptions from My Chemist as we have had problems with a regular pharmacy in the past with regards to errors in prescriptions and dosages especially. The two main pharmacists go out of their way for me and my parents and help us greatly with instructions of various medications for myself and my parents also. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I find no fault with My Chemist Dontown in anyway whatsoever and always shop for our prescriptions from this pharmacy.

i bought a wheat pack yesterday 29/07 and put in the microwave for 1 min 30 secs and took out and there the thread open with small hole on it with wheat coming out. I went back to shoppingtown 30/07 to seek replacement but the staff and supervisor said it is damage product cannot resell and i just have to take it back myself. they asked me to contact the company AAXIS PACIFIC OR SAGE MEDICAL PTY LTD and deal with them. What is this??? i bought from your store but now I have to deal with the company manufacturing this product. not making sense at all. very frustrated and upset customer here!!!!

Had a great experience with the pharmacist here, she was really warm and helpful, when i dropped off the script didn't catch her name, but so was the other female pharmacist/pharmacist assistant who took the time to explain how to use the script.

Ground floor mychemist.Very impolite and absolutely unhelpful staff.They are always chatting to each other and ignoring customers.You could utilise chemist warehouse near library instead of this one for better price and respectful manner.They won't give you free membership gift.I cancelled my membership to stop wasting paper!

Terrible customer service from both junior and senior pharmacist. No wonder why it already has 2 star reviews here. Wish I had checked it first.

Worst customer service! It wasn't busy and the pharmacist just didn't want to certify my docs. Also, this is not the first time I get a bad customer service. People working here are just plain awful. Wonder how they got their job when they don't even have the energy to provide such service.

Unprofessional pharmacist on duty tonight 09/6 with lack of knowledge. When asked to share her full name so I can speak with store management she refused. Will report the whole case to head office on next business day.

Terrible manner. Rudest pharmacist you could possibly meet in town. Charging different price from the website until you ask them to correct. Seriously avoid this place

Some of the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. The ladies on the floor were grumpy and obviously didn't want to be there. The lady at the register is another story... so rude!!!! So appalling... Okay I get it if you have had a bad day, but looking at these other reviews obviously shows that it is a reoccurring thing. FIX IT!

Forced to put a star but really no stars are deserved for this bloody pharmacy. Was utterly shocked to hear my wife telling me today she was refused supply of chlorsig ointment for her stye upon recommendation from the doctor. The pharmacist informed her that she needs to get a bloody prescription. Do yourselves a favour, being such a quiet pharmacy most of the time the very least people deserve to get served the right way. And please hire a qualified pharmacist that knows what they are talking about. For them to refuse supply for bloody chlorsig eye ointment saying it requires a script is absolutely appalling. Its healthcare the last time I checked, if you don't care then you should not be fit to work in this industry.Never ever come to this pharmacy for health advices.The ironic thing is that after she was refused supply she went to the mychemist upstairs and she was supplied the ointment in a heartbeat. Go figure.
