The receptionist was lovely, the problem I found was Dr Camilo Guerra.He failed to diagnose all 4 members of my family… 4 members of a family with a shared genetic disorder and he missed it completely. For years he told me my daughter was just anxious….And when I saw him for a GI upset, his diagnosis was giardia. It wasn’t. Which I found out after an endoscopy a year and a half later. it was a different bacteria and because of his misdiagnosis, I had the infection for over a year and a half….

A modern, warm and friendly clinic. Helpful reception team, nursing staff great when my children needed immunisations. Have been a patient of Dr Bec and Dr Marie for over 5 years. Dr Bec is wonderful practicing professional medicine with great attention to her patients. Dr Marie is so gentle, caring and considerate in her approach. The other GPs who I have seen on occasion are also unfailing in their care and attention. Recommend this clinic Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr Rebecca Hargrave for over 3 years now. She is very professional and always going above and beyond to assist with my complex medical needs. I also have 2 sons that see her often and they love going to see Dr Bec. She gives them respect by talking to them directly and explains procedures and test to them so that they have full comprehension and understanding in their medical requirements. The staff at Everyday medical are always welcoming and they take the time to know their clients. Walking into a practice and being greeted like your part of a family is nice. Dr Hargrave and her team always go above and beyond. Thank you Everyday Medical for being a caring welcoming practice.

This surgery and specifically Dr Hargrave have offered me the best quality care treatment I have ever had in my life.Bec has seen me through a post army PTSD phase and is now on the front line with me, helping to save my life against stage 4 inoperable terminal colon cancer.I have never seen a doctor work longer, harder hours for her patients. Your burden is her burden.

Leaving these doctors it's amazing how you make an appointment and still sitting in waiting room for over 35 past appointment time. Not the 1st time last time was a 45min wait after appointment time. This practice needs to learn time management. Sad to say goodbye after 2 years with you guys plenty of other doctors to try in Albany Creek.

Highly recommend this practice and Dr Bec. I have been a patient of Dr Bec for nearly 20 years and she is now also our family GP, her attention and dedication has never faulted. Reception and nursing staff are always happy to help and go above and beyond.

My first regular doctor center because of the quality of staff and doctors. Dr. Bec Hargrave has provided outstanding medical to my family and myself. Would highly recommend.

Our family has been attending this medical practice for the past 6yrs. Dr Bec and Dr Tran have provided exceptional care throughout this time for many different medical issues. We always feel heard and supported. While there can be a bit of a wait sometimes, we understand it's because they take the time to really understand what's going on and don't rush us in and out. Something we really appreciate. Jenny on reception is an absolute joy and I always enjoy the days she's on the front desk. Excellent practice, highly recommend!

Went to see Dr Bec Hargraves a while ago for a referral to get my adhd diagnosed, Bec said some very unkind things and belittled both adhd and autism, spoke poorly of her own coworkers and blatantly spoke down to me and implied she didnt believe i had adhd at all. She then prescribed me antidepressants and did not explain their effects or why she had made that decision. The antidepressants were awful and caused me to be highly suggestible and i was further mistreated by trusted people around me thanks to them. Very unhappy still even after several months AND after getting an official adhd and unofficial autism diagnoses. I will not be coming back and i will make sure no one i care about experiences the same.
