The owner knows what he is doing, cut colour style he knows it all.His staff are still learning and the owner is always overseeing and training them,but they are very pleasant and know how to give a good head massage when washing your hair. If you don’t mind the bare essentials this place is for you. They really get the job done at an awesome fair price.

very disappointed with how my hair turned out here, was booked in and charged for 1/2 a head of foils however they only did my re growth, my hair was an ashy blond but they died the roots a yellow blond so non of my hair matched. went back and they put a toner in, looks good after you leave the shop once you have a couple of showers completely goes back to yellow again. definitely wouldn’t recommend going here save your money and go somewhere else.

Feeling really distraught after getting my hair colored yesterday, my hair was dyed brown previously with highlights which were becoming orange so i went in yesterday to dye my hair a warm brown, just wanted to freshen it up really. To get the color i had i previously had to bleach my hair twice, i explained what color i wanted to achieve clearly, even showed a picture for reference. They dyed it black, and he kept saying wait till tomorrow you will see its brown. Im really upset as i previously had to bleach my hair twice (elsewhere) to go lighter and now to have gone back to black, when i clearly said brown and we discussed it in detail. Would not recommend this place

We came here for my nephew's haircut, as it was growing too long. My friend recommended this place, so we decided to give it a shot. First of all, the price was reasonable. It was about $25 for a boy's haircut. Secondly, the haircut took only 10 minutes. The haircut was a bit choppy and lacked detail. It was a little too simple. I wouldn't personally recommend this place, but it may differ for other people. 2 stars.

My partner came in on Saturday last week to have her hair colored and cut. I booked the appointment online and was quoted $120. On arrival, she was asked to sit and wait past her appointment time, there was hair everywhere and 2 people in the salon. Once seated the girl pulled out the color chart and said to choose and gave my partner 2 suitable options as they were covering blonde foils apparently there was only 2 options. my partner chose and she mixed up and applied the color. After over an hour went by with the color on (after the 2 hairdressers worked on 6 other people most of who came after my partner) they finally washed it out and quickly dried straightened and trimmed her hair. They were in a rush and didn't offer types of haircuts or anything just did the basics as quickly as possible before rushing us to the door to pay. The girl didn't give us the price just held out the terminal to pay which i assumed would be the quoted amount. After we left, I realized they charged $180. I later received an email of the invoice saying $140. I then called on Monday to sort the issue out and I was told she would sort it and call me back as she wasn't there at the time, she never did and still hasn't. Although they did, however, try to justify it by sending a new invoice to match the charged amount. Totally unprofessional service.

Beautiful salon, my stylist Leah did exactly what I asked for, so happy with the results. Extremely happy with the cost too. Would happily recommend this salon to anyone.
