My cousin had her lashes done through Annie for her wedding and she couldn't have been happier! I won't lie I know nothing about lashes but my cousin was absolutely in love with her new look, if you're like me and know nothing about lashes, Annie is the person to talk to her professionalism and patience is unbeleievable.

Had my lashes done by Annie today and can not thank her enough! Her work is amazing!!! I've had so many compliments on them and love how natural they look and feel. After the numerous amount of other places I have visited it is safe to say I've finally found the perfect technician!!! Cannot recommend her enough. She was patient and the most professional person I have ever dealt with. Thankyou again annie!!

Received so many compliments after getting my lashes done by Annie. Absolutely loved how they looked and they lasted my whole holiday trip. She has a lovely setup which makes the whole experience extremely relaxing and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Had my lashes done for my overseas trip, and it was so nice and full that I didn’t need to worry about putting on eye makeup for weeks! Annie is very professional and has a great eye for detail! Her style is also whispy which makes it look natural too! Thanks Annie for my lashes!

DO NOT RECOMMEND - BUYER BEWARE!Hours after my appointment, I had an abnormal amount of lashes fall out along with styling that didn't suit my eye. After numerous messages back and forth trying to resolve the issue, Annie became defensive and was not willing to compromise and come to a resolution.At one stage the resolution she offered was to remove the lashes for free" but still keep the $140 paid!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!I wanted to meet half way but she refused so there you go ladies

I came across Lash Architect via Instagram, after researching carefully I have decided to get my lashes done here prior to my holiday in Thailand. At the initial consult, Annie was very thorough with her work, she properly explained the different type of lashes, she was very attentive to my choices. I got the Russian Volume 10D done and I couldn't be happier with the result! I have been a returning client and I would recommend her service due to the high quality of work!

I got my lashes done by Annie before my trip to Costa Rica and Mexico ! I’ve jumped into cenotes, off cliffs, hiked volcanos, been in the ocean river and lakes everyday, showers all if not twice everyday and 4 weeks later I’m now almost home and the majority of lashes are still intact looking amazing ! Love how natural they’ve always looked!! Will be back thanks Annie ! x

Annie is extremely professional and friendly. The whole experience was relaxing and there's zero discomfort, you can't feel the lashes being put on at all. They look amazing, felt great, and got so many compliments!
