The absolute rudest staff on the planet. EVERY time I come here at night, the clerks have the AirPods in, just chatting away, “hi how are you?” No response, just a tap at the eftpos machine to take the payment. I also love the part where they see you pull up and then immediately leave the counter to go and do something like… restock a fridge, and just leave you standing outside at the door until they decide to finish up.The worst.

I have always found that the staff here are not that friendly particularly at night.I went to clean my windscreen with their squeegee and the squeegee was discussing it was rusty. And falling apart went to grab another one but they were all in about the same condition.And don't expect any hot pies ect between Midnight and 6am. The pie warmer is usually empty or what food is in the warmer has been there for hours. September 2022 nothing has changed it is probably worse. No humans to serve you only automatons. Prices are high. Like all 7 Elevens there are no toilets. Not going back.

Clean and bright, but customer service is little more than a few grunts as to how much you owe them. Been here a few times and if you want to feel like a second class person by some rude dude... shop away.Doughnuts are way over priced and stale in the evening, much like the staff attitude I've received. Won't be going back.

5th times in the row, both of the coffee machines out of order. This is unaccepetable and while we filled up the fuel and realised the coffee machine was out of order. Maybe I should go to the other servo from now on.

Discusting coffee machines male staff member touched the bin pulled the stuck coffee ups out of the bin and.then put them back on the rack and then touched all the coffee cups without washing his hands !! How discusting !!! Extremely poor hygiene . And then he tried to justify it saying that it was ok !!! Are you kidding me ???!??!?!?!!! I love 7/11 coffee but this makes me not want to ever visit this store again !!

Thank you to Jeffrey for the outstanding customer service. He recommended Guava flavour as the best Slurpee flavour and he couldn't have been more spot on. Wish all workers had this kind of attitude towards their customers

I'm not sure what the issue is with this chain. No toilet facilities is really BAD.I'll never set foot in another 7-11.Very poor. How can you be a one stop place and have no toilet ?
