2020 just got better. Thank you to Nic for coming across town and doing an awesome job at installing storm water drainage along the side of my place. My place almost flooded in the storms at the beginning of the year and I am now relieved and won’t lose sleep when it rains. This project was not an easy or quick job and Nic and Dan were very good to deal with and hard working this week. The project management, team work and communication has been outstanding.The whole team has been very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Nic for future plumbing and drainage works.

When I needed a trade service to update my existing bathroom, I researched thoroughly for many hours and days when shortlisting for quotes, from visiting major hardware retailers to specialist businesses (from north Qld to Gold Coast). When Imperial came up, I appreciated being able to view a gallery of recent work, particularly helped with comparing various layouts and options. As Imperials reviews on other sites very very positive, I wanted to verify as true, phoning and being able to speak to Nick for 30min discussing options (without any obligation or sales pressure) was very rewarding and provided more confidence of a worthy business person for my needs. Nick delivered, installed and cleaned up thoroughly after, he took time to ensure install and finish was to my liking along the way. Imperial certainly made the entire experience a pleasant one. I had Nic out to look at my blocked toilet and after him using his Hi-Tec equipment, he found my drain was crushed in the ground. I ended up getting multiple quotes from various companies to repair my drain. But I ended up turning back to imperial after seeing their quote was the most reasonable. After seeing the extant and effort Nic went to, to ensuring the job was done to the best standard I will always recommend imperial plumbing from now on.Thank you Nic your’e a legend!
