Do not use this business! You can not trust the man’s word.I got a verbal estimate to do a job, and was charged over double to complete it without authorisation to go ahead with the work. When I questioned the invoice ($300 for “miscellaneous parts”)and the amount of labour, I was threatened with legal action. The workmanship is terrible and certainly doesn’t justify the premium they charge.Terribly rude and unprofessional to deal with. I trusted his word and got price gouged, don’t make the same mistake.

Andy was just lovely to deal with, we were on the first leg of our trip to WA when in Miles QLD we had problems with our outback penguin the struts would not come down completely ,no one in Miles could help, we travelled further with straps and ratchet to Roma thinking someone could help , no luck , we googled further up no luck , we then googled and found Andy in Toowoomba, we back tracked, Thank God for Andy he did a great job worked overnight to get us back on the road and toward our holiday. There are some really good people in this world and Andy is one of them .Do yourself a favour if you have problems go to Andy first.

Beautiful sturdy craftsmanship. Unfortunately the woman who works reception/ does invoices etc was horrid. Absolutely unprofessional, tried to gouge us on price, doesn't know how to quote and falsly accuses customers of damaging her vehicle and refused to appologise when proven wrong. Also tried to take advantage of two young women.Like I said great work, terrible reception.

Terrible business to use for repairs. Shoddy work done on caravan, gives you a quote then forces you sign a contract (that doesn't list the work to be done) then overcharges on the parts and quality of work done, Invoice was texted and looked to be on a scrap piece of paper and hard to decipher. Most of the work done by apprentices and the work reflects that. Gas work was not certified, found the gas tank was missing the two bolt that hold it in place. So that would have been catastrophic.Highly recommend you DONT use this business unless you want to go broke.

I had the Wineguard Sensar TV Antenna installed in Adelaide in March this year (2022) $1000 supply and fit And before I arrived in Toowoomba in August (2022) the antenna rotating mechanism was jamming and stayed in one position All I could do is lift the antenna in a vertical position hopping that I would get reception Andy on the phone said that he will try and fix it but instead he fitted a new W/S antenna (another $1019 cost) and told me that the base is sealed and cannot be repaired When in fact there is a bolt underneath the base and a new Nylon Bearing part can be ordered to repair the rotation of the antenna NOT HAPPY 72 YEAR OLD TRAVELER
