Nice set up in this woolies, just a shame the baker didn't start before the public holiday, so no tiger rolls, and they are my favourite. Full shelves friendly staff eager to help.

Great Staff, beautiful store. The store manager or assistant manager who I don’t want to name for safety and privacy reasons, has been wonderful. She has been very helpful with a couple of important issues. We love shopping here now!

The shop is nice and everything but the prices are not there or are incorrect.Stop trying to fill you shelves with items that are not meant to be when you are out of something.Once you get the items out of stock back the price tags are wrong and not swapped out.For example bought 2 boxes of eggs all pricing around is 3.90 but that label says milk 3L or there are some other egg box prices. So the actual price was 4.5$. yes not a massive difference but an inconvenience.I like to look after my budget and not very easy if the labeling and priving is not there.

Editing my review until issue is fixed.They have mould inside their fresh produce baskets. I have alerted them on 2 occasions and have given them 4 weeks to do something and they’re yet to do anything. It’s disgusting!!

Checkout staff are highly skilled at racial profiling, demanding that male staff act like bouncers/security; checkout staff are also very unskilled as to where they can get lip fillers that don't look like shiny pink haemorrhoids.

Sadly it is so disorganised, dirty, missing stock, I was shocked, we went straight over to spud shed. Staff are nice but place wasnt at all up to standard cleanliness wise.

I had a full trolley of shopping and had to wait for 5 people in front of me. …. Only one checkout operator on…. No one to do a price check when the item had no bar code…. I had to go and do it. I felt so bad for the people behind me. It’s too hard going through self serve with a full trolley. Think I will have to go to Spudshed where they still have staff to serve.

Following is a good example of how an easy & peaceful shopping can turn into a customer service nightmare ! Only bcz you have to deal with stupid check out ppl and managers for something that easily fixable. The chcek out guy today refused to sell me a tong bcz it did not have a tag attched to it. As if it was my responsibility to keep the price tag intact on woolis products. I asked him to maybe find the price in the system , the young fellow told he wont sell the product amd surprisingly put the tong away!Anyways come to the point, there was wrong price tag on mangoes $3/kilos. I was chasing them to fix the price and give me at the price it was advertised for after waiting for ten mins at the counter. They chekd the price were literally kept telling me that the mangoes are sold per unit while the price tag of $3/kg still was unchanged and they continued to argue with me. I was getting frustrated first with the boy at the counter then the lady who claimed to be the manager, even though at the beginning she said she needs to ask her manager to look at my problem. Anyways, she said i need to leave the strore bcz I raised my voice at her . Stupid lady then called the police bcz they dont have the basic customer service skill to mitigate any escalation. Even though this was a very easy scenario, where they only needed to call the manager to fix the price and explain me nicely. They really need a good training.I read the other reviews before posting mine, and it appears that , they have serious customer service deficiency and they are known for keeping wrong price tag on products. And they are very good at calling police at customers who are annoyed for a reason. I wish I could speak to a responsible woolworths personnel on this matter.
