Very bad customer service. We kept asking him the price and he kept looking at another customer, all while responding with a “ha” each time we asked the price. It took us 5 attempts to get the price of the item we were looking at.He offered us to pay in cash, very briefly mentioned “no bill” while failing to explain he wouldn’t give us a proof of purchase (let alone a receipt) if we accepted the cash payment offer (which is a tiny bit better than card payment- obviously dodging some accounting/tax here). When asked for a proof of purchase, he offered to send a whatsapp message.They’re also very slow in opening the gates, all while they are just dealing an almost empty store.Won’t be going back.

It was a great experience shopping at Dubai jewellers today. I’m impressed with their customer service and support. My wife isn’t an easy person to impress but within 2 minutes of walking in to the shop she was able put to her finger down on a ring.
