Picked up a Brand New MY19 KIA - Sportage GT from GATEWAY Wollongong on Thursday. What a GREAT vehicle and at a GREAT price!!! The team at Gateway Wollongong where so helpful and courteous throughout the process and I special mention goes out to Nick & Silvana for making my experience of buying a new car feel fun & exciting! I would highly recommend this dealership if your in the market of purchasing a new or used vehicle.

4 months after I had a full service our brakes failed completely at school drop off, causing us to narrowly miss school children and almost crashing the car. Service logs say, 'inspected brake lines and hoses' - Surely, they would have noticed at least wear and tear and recommended and change at service time. The employees response, you'll have to call Kia Australia and take it up with them"

Gateway Kia Fairy Meadows. Terrible people. Terrible service and terrible sales reps. Every member of their team are utterly rude. Couldnt care less of their customers. I bought a kia from harrigan group in yallah who are way much nicer and helpful. I would recommend them over fairy meadows group.And to add on to the misery even their receptionists on phone dont have any courtesy and decency to talk to you nicely.

Gateway Kia Fairy Meadow. We put down a deposit for the Kia Seltos 2023 model in September 2022, believing from their Sales Manager that it would be delivered “in January 2023, or maybe even an early Christmas present in 2022”. By February 2023, we tried to contact their Sales Manager by phone and email, without success - leaving messages, but nothing returned. By March, we called on my wife’s phone (he wouldn’t answer mine), and finally got through. The Sales Manager was very sarcastic - “how often do you want me to update you?” Then contradicted himself initially stating “your car is probably still on a ship out in the ocean”, then later “I’m not sure if your car has even gone into production”. All the time trying to make us feel small. By the end of March / beginning of April, we started looking around, and within no time, found a brand new, white 2023 Kia Celts Sports in Sydney - just the colour and model we initially “ordered” fro m KIA Gateway. Not all KIA dealers are the same . AVOID KIA GATEWAY Fairy Meadow at all costs - dreadful!

We purchased a new Kia Sportage and we couldn't have been happier. Great service, great car - and the follow up has been good too.

Purchased a car, couldn't be happier with the service and the vehicle itself. Got exactly what we wanted and service with a smile. Sales Manager provided great service and walk through of the vehicle. I'm sure I'll keep this kia for a while, but when I'm ready to upgrade, will come back here for sure!

Terrible communication. I always have to bring the car back because they don’t have the right part. I put it in for a tyre check and a broken fog light and it took 7 hours…and they don’t have my tyres!

I just picked up my Kia Stinger GT. From day one Jake and Nathan were excellent to deal with. Jake gave me the best price I could find for the Stinger and he was very honest and helpful through the whole process. I have bought 2x cars from this dealership and I'am sure I will be back again to buy my next car.

I read the reviews and it appears if you are buying a new vehicle, you are showered with love.If you are calling about a service issue, you are not.After a traumatic experience having my brakes fail after only 4 months of servicing, we called Gateway KIA to get some clarification.The administration lady Skye was extremely unpleasant to deal with. Offered no acknowledgement or empathy and was blunt with absolutely no willingness to assist and told us to take it up with Kia Head Office (which we will do in time).We requested to speak to a manager instead hoping for resolve. She advised that he/she were in a meeting for hours. We said we were happy to wait and she just hung up!I called back to advise that we had just experienced a traumatic event with failing brakes, on a school road at school drop-off and all she needed to do was address our query. She didn't even have to be polite - just civil!Skye was still utterly absent as to how one might treat a customer and said she spoke to her manager (who was in that meeting for hours!). She offered no acknowledgement of our concerns and was not remotely interested to help us find a way to rectify the situation.What could have been, and should have been quite a seamless conversation turned out to be one of absolute shock.I certainly hope the car service we receive will be a better experience.
