I have been very lucky to meet Matthew from Southern Cross Funerals. He officiated at my son's and husband's funerals and made each day so special. He goes above and beyond in caring with every detail attended to and making a very sad occasion memorable. He deserves five stars.

Matthew & everyone that helped with our Husband & Fathers funeral was amazing. From the moment we stepped into Matthews office in campbelltown at Southern Cross Funerals we were made to feel so at ease & comfortable at the worst time of our lives. Matthew answered all our questions even when we called him outside of business hours. Absolutely amazing. Thank you again from myself my mum & my sister.

I'll start off this review by saying this, never in my life have I experienced a level of customer/client service that went above and beyond what I'd ever expect - it was the 'Rolls Royce' of service. The tenderness and kind approach to making a difficult time effortless is astounding. Communication was amazing and the urgency to support and cater to our needs is unmatched. Big shout out to Matthew who made this experience a memorable one.

When my grandmother died, it was the first time I'd ever had to deal with funeral directors. We're were so glad we chose Southern Cross Funeral Directors. They took time to sit and explain everything to us and once we'd made the decisions, they handled everything. Such a great help when we really needed it, thank you SCFD family!

I recently organised a pre paid funeral at Southern Cross Funerals for my dear friend Julie. We held her funeral a week ago and I would like thank Southern Cross staff for the exemplory work they performed in making the funeral a beautiful and fitting one for Julie. I could not praise these people enough, in particular Rosanna and Mathew who guided and consoled me through my grief, they added the human factor" to the service they delivered. Instead of contacting Rosanna by phone I chose to go to her office on a number of occasions to discuss the finer points of the funeral and quite often I witnessed people thanking Rosanna for ensuring everything went smoothly when farewelling their loved ones and also for the care

Rosanna from Southern Cross was professional, kind and caring and very understanding. She made a difficult time for our family easier. The service she organised ran smoothly and efficiently and was just how we wanted it to be. Highly recommend Southern Cross Campbelltown.

Losing someone is extremely hard and debilitating. You can’t think straight and the best thing is to have someone step in and take away your worries and take control. I could not have asked for a more compassionate man than Matt to do this for us for the funeral for my brother. From the moment I contacted him when we knew my brother didnt have long to live Matt was a blessing even checking in on us after the funeral. Matt stepped in and took all our worries away. I felt like I knew him forever and it felt like organising a funeral with family. When my young nephews were distraught just before the funeral began, Matt sat on the floor in front of them to comfort them. That is something that I will never forget. I have sadly had to organise a lot of funerals lately but this my first with Southern Cross. Their service does not compare to any other. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Matt and staff for making this so much easier.

I couldn’t think of a more caring, attention to detail, supportive company. As someone who is in the funeral industry I can confidently say Southern Cross is the best there is. Matt took care of my Nan with so much love and care, he made the entire process so much easier during such a hard time. I am forever grateful I got to give my nan the best send off with the support of Matt and the team at Southern Cross. Every mourner commented on how perfectly beautiful the service was and I couldn’t be more thankful that I chose Southern Cross.

We recently used Southern Cross Funerals for our Mothers funeral. I would like to thank all your staff but single out Matthew and Rebecca for their outstanding customer service, their attention to detail, their understanding and lastly their compassion.
