Great company. Always there as required. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

We have a large 4 bed, 3 bathroom holiday home on the water at Lake Macquarie and Wizard have been our cleaners since October 2021. Over these past 9 months they have undertaken 47 cleans for us, many of which have been same day turnarounds. They have never missed a beat and we regularly receive reviews for presenting an immaculately clean property. Being a holiday home, in addition to cleaning they perform a full housekeeping service for us including linen changed and laundered. We have sometimes had to ask for a last minute clean for a late booking and have never had an issue - thank you James and Emma (and the team), always striving to go the extra distance. We couldn't be happier with their service - a very well deserved 5 stars.

We have been with Wizard Cleaning for 12 months or more.The regular girls who were/are employed by the husband and wife ( owners) cleaned our house fortnightly ,Kelly and Bec were always on time,very professional and I always felt great after they had finished as there’s no feeling like a lovely clean home.They we’re polite and very respectful of myself and my home.I haven’t been able too clean ie vacuum due illness.I was informed via a txt,could I have been given the courtesy of a phone call.This may sound trivial these days I suppose but I don’t.Anyway,I wish you both all the best in your endeavours to wind your business down and to mainly keep your loyal customers..What was I “Chopped Meat”.
