Service Tasmania - Bridgewater

Really bad experience. There is an old lady with specks sit far right near to cameras where they click pics.She didn,t applied for my application. She said i need actual Vulnerable card physically with me.She only needs details which i already got in my email.After that i have been to Rosny park they approved my Ancilary certificate application. With that email which i got for Vulnerable card.Rosny park is the best .Bridgewater staff lazy and dont want to do their job properly.

Weren't sticking to covid rules on how many could be in line

This Service Tasmania is located inside the public Library building.Fast service, friendly staff who were more than happy to help with my enquiries!I needed a document from the Land title records but I didn't know which document I needed. The lovely lady serving me was happy to search for and ask her co-workers to confirm which document would be suitable. She found exactly what I needed and was happy for me to view it without paying the fee, which normally would not be possible if I tried searching their records online myself.I was glad I chose to go to this Service Tasmania. I highly recommend Service Tasmania at Bridgewater. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here!

I got insulted and humiliated yesterday at bridgewater service tasmania by lady named rosie she said u people come from overseas have no idea of rules here her tone was so loud and aggressive she refused me to do my documentation then today in city office my problem was solved

Busy little government agency very helpful staff to help my enquiries for old interstate licences endorsements back. Cheers Tony C

The service experience at Service Tasmania Brigdewater was unfavourable during last visit.Desk 1 her tone was very terrible and awful speaking as well as lady comes from desk 4 yelling on me too while I visited there about transferring driving licence and forklift truck licence. I can’t feel any respect from the staff during the service. Never ever recommended to go there. Thanks

Absolutely terrible, incompetent workers.. I work from 6am till 6pm, but today I had the afternoon off as I needed to get my full licence as my p's expire today.. got there at 4:45pm and got turned around as we just clocked out
