We found a sick cockatoo at Lake Hume. Rang wildlife rescue and they sent us to this vet . As we had already caged the cocky.The vet we saw was friendly, very efficient and informative. Letting us know when you find a sick bird especially the parrot type to be aware of possible disease. Did not know that. Very kindly disinfected our basket as well. Sadly they had to put the cocky to sleep. R.I.P.

First visit at Family Vet Centre Albury today. As a new dog mum I really appreciated the team answering all my questions and not making me feel silly for asking! From the reception team to the vet, everyone was so lovely and considerate - treatment options and pricing discussed before making any decisions! Recommend this lovely team.

I had the sadness of losing my dog to snakebite recently and the after hours service was excellent. Sadly, my long time pet had passed by the time we got to the vet but the vet and nurse grabbed her and ran her inside, initiating treatment as soon as possible. They were so very caring and respectful to my Tess and to me. They cared for me and whether I could drive home, and allowed me time to make my decisions about taking Tess home.I am very grateful, as they were the one kindness in my whole trauma. Professional, but so much more..

Dr Melinda was amazing today when we sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl, it was our first time to the clinic and I wish we had been coming here all along. She treated our baby with the upmost care and compassion, thank you Melinda.
