The best shoe repairer! Had couple of my damaged high heels repaired here, all restored perfectly doesn’t matter what materials or how damaged they are. Highly recommended!

I had my lipstick engraved here, I am so happy with the result! Can’t wait to share with you guys. Will come back here for another lipstick engraving for my friend as well.

Tried to get some simple house keys cut here. First set didn’t fit the door so I went back and still the second set of keys didn’t work. Wasted my whole day going back and forth for no reason. Also terrible customer service, guy on the phone was short and rude when I called about the problem. A complete waste of $50 would not ever recommend to anyone.

TERRIBLE ENGRAVINGI took my sons brand new stainless steel lunch boxes to have his name engraved on them.I was showed 2 examples which were cursive illegible examples to choose from and then shop attendant asked if i prefer someone more simple and in capitals, which i agreed to.i was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, after 30 mins i was told it would be another 15 minutes.We i finally collected the lunch boxes i was shocked at the quality of engraving. The letters were not evenly spaced, very wonky and wobbly. I literally looks like i did it myself with a nail.I questioned the quality and the lady told me that is why we don't recommend doing all capitals, which no one had advised me previously.I am only giving 2 stars because they agreed to giving me a refund with no questions asked, they obviously knew it looks like absolute S%*T.They shouldn't be offering a service that the poor people working there are obviously not trained in.

Went to have a glass engraved. They did the job but the behaviour of the staff member that I witnessed was appalling. There was a new girl on her first day and the man showing her what to do was curt and rude to her and he was also rude to the customer after me- literally talking back to him under his breath.

Awesome work, I brought in an old van key for a transponder so I could start the vehicle. Price was dropped on original quote as it was more simple than estimate. Worked the first try.

I walked in a few Sundays back to replace batteries on 5 watches, only to be disappointed by the staff member on duty who didn’t quote me the price of any or inform me that there was a warranty? Paid over $120 dollars and walked away extremely annoyed!!!One of the watches stopped working so I went back this time on a Saturday to be welcomed by Lucas who was so helpful and informative!! I was supplied with warranties on all my items and quoted before completing the task!! Thoroughly recommend you visit Lucas for all your watch needs and hope the company appreciates the amazing customer service that was given!!! Will definitely be back when Lucas is on shift!!!

I lost my remote key and I came here to get a new one, the staff is really nice and patient, and they are really efficiency. It is convenient too as it’s in Malvern central. Highly recommend if you need any service about keys. ( I will come to try the shoe repair next time too then I can tell more)
