The staff member was unbelievably friendly and helpful when I was trying to pick a bag for my partner, going as far as speaking to him on the phone so she could talk to him about what he wanted. We got great bags at a great price and I’m thrilled!!

Bought a suittcase 6 months ago, used once for car travel and went to use at Christmas and the handle would not extend. I have been told the 10 year warranty does not cover this. Not happy!!
