Dropped in to get some wiper blades as I've been thinking about it for a while and as the rain came gushing down it was now or not make it home over an hour away. Wayne helped take them off and fitted them for me and made the job look really easy. Thanks for your help Wayne, it's nice to have someone help out when needed.

These guys are great. Had a driveshaft problem. Manufacturer wanted $2500+ and two month wait. Pinjarra had it sorted within a week @ $1090 and perfect. Can't go passed real mechanical know-how and knowledge. 10++

I went in on a Saturday and a staff member behind the counter was not interested at all in assisting me. His attitude and service was that bad I didn't proceed with the rest of my shop rather I took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend at all.

Pulled up the other day and needed assistance with cutting a mat out from under our car, as our car was literally falling apart after someone hit us, and these bozos left us waiting for a whole hour and didn’t even come out to help, lucky enough a lovely man nearby helped us outBut terrible terrible auto one 0/10

These guys were open at 9am on a Sunday morning which is so amazing and super helpful, we stopped by on our way 4wding for the day because we realised last minute we were low on oil. Honestly saved us that day. Thanks

While this Pinjarra store may not be affiliated with Marlows, they strive to provide a similar level of service and knowledge that was once synonymous with this proud Western Australian business. Supercheap Auto acquired Marlows in 2001 and changed its branding, but this store's commitment to quality service harks back to the pre-acquisition era.

Good service. Explained what they did have and why they didn't have quite what I wanted. But understandable so I bought the recommended best solution. It was more than I needed but the job got done and in the end I was a happy camper.
