I'm so disappointed in your service today. I've been a regular customer of over a year, and today your technician not only leaked glue Into my eye but was unnecessarily rude when I asked them to see if I dropped one of the loyalty cards around the bed areas. They just told me to go do it myself. Her attitude was so inappropriate and purposefully rude, it's embarassing to not just myself but others there. I was so polite I don't understand why she needed to be angry and disgruntled, berating me like I did something horrible.Is this how you treat customers? You just lost a long time customer. I really don't think this place is worth going to if the technicians are this unpleasant, how can I trust them tampering with my eyelashes? Like many other customer reviews here, the service has been inconsistent. I'm not coming here again.
