Very rude, angry and old lady, feels that it is ok to scream at her customers. It was quite funny that she did it to the customer in front of me and then to me, obviously hates her job. Do yourself at favour and AVOID Lawrence Chatswood Chase Dry Cleaners at all costs.

Broke 8 buttons on my custom $2000 suit. Blamed me for not paying double for the deluxe service. After arguing gave me a $24 refund, which won’t even cover the cost of sewing new buttons on, let alone buying replacement buttons.

Cannot agree more than the rest of those negative comments here. This Lawrence dry cleaner has absolutely NO Customer service what so ever, rude, No care factor, staff “Markhu” simple don’t care, not helpful then just goes back into her hiding hole at the back. I will never go back to this place again, I’ll tell all my friends not to go there. I really hope Lawrence Head office is seeing all these consistent “Negative” comments and do something about this before their Brand goes down the drain. **If I can give zero star I would.

Really good experience! They were very fast and I had a coat that had red wine spilled on it. It was cleaned very quickly and the coat is perfect!

One star because i can't give zero stars.Lost part of wedding dress, then found 2 months later damaged, no apology, no compensationThat sums up my experience getting my wedding dress dry cleaned at Lawrence Dry Cleaners at Chatswood Chase. My wedding dress had a beautiful crystal sash and when I got the dress dry cleaned earlier this year, they charged me extra for the sash. Fast forward 3 weeks later when I picked up my dress and they had lost my sash.The manager was away so I had to wait a month to follow up and there was no apology from the manager or any member of the staff, they took no responsibility, just factual ‘it is lost, I can’t do anything. Head office will call you’. I followed up after 2 weeks as I didn’t get a call and they refused to give me the phone number for head office.3 weeks later I get a call saying they found the sash I went to pick it up - again no apology and found two big crystals missing from my wedding dress sash. I asked whether they checked my sash when it came back and what can be done now. Again – no apology, no responsibility – just ‘I can’t do anything. You need to deal with the head office’.I know mistakes happen and sometimes your hands are tied by policies of head offices but there are ways to manage these situations where the customer feels like the store cares and takes responsibility about what happens to the items in their care. They have a poster saying they are a wedding dress specialist – given my experience, i wish I never took my wedding dress there. My family and I will never go to that store to dry clean anything ever again.

This shop boss is ms judgement.She judge right or wrong even if she made a mistake.In addition, she is a rocker. Happy to shout and fight with customer.They made big oil mark on my jacket and did not apology to me and said I can wash again. My jacket smell was like full of petrol though.I will never go back again.

Horrific experience, left my wedding dress with these guys to clean and it came back a different colour, not much I can do about it now, can't even sell it.No care or consideration by this company!I even asked them if they would damage it and they just laughed at me as if I was silly.Would not recommend them unless you don't really care about how your items come back!

My son’s school jacket was sent for dry cleaning. On pickup noticed there were some marks and it was not dry cleaned properly, so lady says come back on Saturday to pick it up. When she was called on Saturday, she very rudely stated “not ready” and hung up the phone!On Sunday my husband went to pick it up and she says she can’t find the jacket!! Again very rudely, like it’s somehow our fault, she has misplaced the jacket! This meant waiting around for her to find it. Thankfully she found it.Will never go back there. Very bad customer service!

Worst experience ever. How this store is still in business is beyond me.I took home a coat dry cleaned with this place then realised there was still a stain on the right shoulder. I took the coat back to get cleaned again the next day. I was willing to let this go as long as it would get cleaned the second time even though it cost me another trip to the store and caused disruption to my original planned weekend. The staff was unbelievably rude and said it was perfectly clean when she gave it to me the day before.When you caused a customer inconvenience, the least you could do was to own up to it and NOT to lie to his face and accuse the customer is the one who is lying.I had been to this place a few times previously. Once I witnessed the staff arguing with another customer over a ruined jacket. How naive was I, not had taken the hint then.
