Unhelpful customer service reps, rude and lazy drivers, and poor service in general. Find another supplier, because PFD will cause you nothing but grief.

Because of an error with their payment system have repeatedly not delivered to us on a Friday, made no effort to let us know there was a problem. Lost us thousands of dollars in sales.If you are a small business be careful they have no interest in supporting you.

I opened this sandwich to add pepper, the filling was a lot less than I expected for a Cheese and Tomato sandwich. I would really like my $5.50 back, very disappointed, I guess I should have not expected much better.

Terrible to deal with. Place order, go to warehouse to pickup only to be told the order was entered as pickup following day. Wait 1hr for order to get picked, still doesn't turn up so cancel order and leave. Place order, was told product in stock. Ring to confirm prior to pickup only to be told not in stock. Order special buy in stock"

Rude and road rage deliver driver from this company. Could cause accident on the road anytime.

I was run off the road by one of their drivers.I was going towards Geelong on the 1st November on the Princess FWY when a driver in a PFD truck merged into my lane without looking. I was next to the truck and my bonnet was halfway up the truck. I had to slam my foot on the brake and swerve. The driver kept going and didn't even try to adjust himself or acknowledge I was there. He could have caused a serious accident.I contacted the company and spoke with Jodie who asked me to forward on the information to her along with the photos I had of the truck and license plate. I didnt hear anything back so I followed up again. I still haven't heard from anyone in regards to their drivers dangerous driving and lack of concern for others on the road.Horrible follow up with this company regarding this matter. They clearly do not care about their drivers causing accidents.
