After my massage @simplyrejuvenate I am so sad that I don’t live in Sydney as I would be a regular!Michelle listened to what I needed and spent a perfect amount of time working my tension away. She hit all of the best pressure points.She has such an amazing touch and energy. My first time using an infrared sauna and I didn’t want to leave after the 45min was up! I feel so lucky finding this little gem in Casula.After my 1st visit for a massage & meeting Michelle & seeing the cleanliness & feeling the pleasant aura of the place, I knew I'd be a regular.I've had both the infrared sauna & the massage individually but prefer the masauna" which is the sauna followed by a massage. On their own both services leave you feeling so relaxed & refreshed but when you have a masauna it's a whole other experience.The owner-operator Michelle is an absolute delight & a total professional. I booked my wife a 60 minute massage session with Michelle and after she stepped out she immediately booked me a session too. My wife said she felt so light and rejuvenated afterwards and wouldn't take no for an answer. You have to try it!"My session was the 45 minute infrared sauna followed by the hour massage. What a treat! I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna session. The room was private and the ability to play your own music over the sauna's speakers allowed me to set my own mood and reach a nice meditative state. It was my first time using infrared sauna and I think I prefer it over a traditional steam sauna. The heat was well balanced and didn't feel claustrophobic especially thanks to the open feel with the glass and excellent mood lighting.The massage following was focused on my very tight legs and lower back. Michelle found all the points that needed work and she managed to loosen some particularly troublesome spots. I asked for a deep tissue massage that Michelle did wonderfully. I could walk again without pain and tightness afterwards. We joked about Michelle having "magic hands" but I must say there's definitely some magic in her work. I'm still feeling the benefits.I will definitely be back for repeat sessions. Michelle was so accommodating

I have had regular massages done by Michelle for a couple of years now. Her room is always clean and tidy and she is always on time. Michelle is always accommodating and try's to fit in with my busy schedule. She is professional in every aspect and her knowledge on massage is outstanding. Over the years she has helped with problems with my shoulder and lower back, she has also taught me some stretching exercises to help with these ailments. Wow, what a massage! Michelle was simply outstanding in every way, flexible with timing and understanding to my particular needs.
