Do not use. Kept asking for additional costs for variations due to lack of knowledge and understanding of council requirements. Always asks for payment the day before the deadline to lodge plans and holds you to ransom. Nominated himself as the applicant against our knowledge. Worst experience, please look elsewhere.

Asked us for up front payment, came out to do a site measure in prep for the cad drawings (performed by office manager / creative director and a another staff member. We decided not to proceed with paying for cad drawings due to my fathers misunderstanding on the service being provided. Because we didnt go ahead with the cad drawings and pay the next fee for the drawings , Calibre refuse to give us the site measurements they recorded that we paid them for.Not happy.
