Will Move

Will Move in Cairns delivered our new dishwasher from Appliances Online. Will Move sent me an SMS the day before to reconfirm delivery time & address and also sent a message that morning to say they may be a bit late.Appliances Online also arrange to take your old appliance but I hadn't disconnected the old dishwasher (which was stipulated in Appliances Online conditions). Will Move were very accommodating and arranged to come back another day to pick up our old dishwasher. Couldn't fault their service. Very professional, polite and great communications.

The WORST removal company I have ever used.They don’t even deserve the one star that I had to select. I would give them minus five stars..These guys were subcontracted to me through national removals (another very bad removal company)..They came to my home, did not label one thing as they packed it all into the truck to head back to their depot. I asked them whilst packing their truck “how will you know what’s mine and what’s someone else’s”... there response “we will know”...How wrong I was to believe that.To cut a 3 month story short. After a month of initial collection, my things arrived with a third of what I owned missing. I then found out that the missing items were spread across a couple of warehouses. One item in particular a $3500 computer, just sitting on a floor in a warehouse somewhere..I then received a second delivery on a Saturday afternoon with no notice of my things even coming that day. Lucky I was home...I received most of my things, however there are still two boxes missing which I will never see again.A very important piece to a wood turning lathe just gone. Nowhere to be found and a charger and battery for some power tools.It’s almost like they poked around in my boxes and just took what they wanted..I would highly discourage anyone from using this company!!!

Had our job given to these guys at the last minute by our booked removalist but could not have been happier with the service from the Will Move team! Extremely friendly & respectful. They were careful with our belongings & were excellent communicators. Made a stressful day more pleasurable than we could ever have hoped for. Thanks again guys!

Terrible communication, mobile number listed on website was called 20 times over 5 day as well as 10+ text messages and I'm yet to get a hold of anyone (no voicemail option either). My local delivery guy was my only point of contact but he had no way to find if my items had been transported from Cairns to Townsville for delivery. The local delivery team themselves could not reach their supervisor for the whole 2 weeks I dealt with them.The original delivery date was set as Tuesday, however we were not able to get in contact Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday we found out that hopefully" the fourth and final box that we were waiting on should be transported to Townsville that night

Have used Will Move teams from both Townsville and Cairns on numerous occasions and have found them to always go above and beyond. I tell all my neighbours in Cardwell to use them. PS As hot and muggy as some transport days have been not one swear word out of their mouths. So refreshing.

Delivered my couch to the wrong address - not even near my town. Address was clearly marked!No response from my calls & texts.Its been 10 days now and still don't have my couch. Which only needed to delivered 5hours down the road.WOULD NOT RECOMMENDNOT RESPONSIVEWILL LOOSE YOUR ITEM!!

Where are you guys now?You have moved homes for me before and I need you now. Please answer my sms. ThanksRobert

Good communication prior to delivery to confirm delivery date and time. They also unpacked and installed a washing machine ordered off AppliancesOnline. Very happy with their service.

I would like to thank Will Move for a great job in moving a grand piano and other very badly packed items including crystal class, artefacts and many other fragile goods from our apartment downtown to our new home at Carivonica.There was absolutely no damage, they acted instantaneously when requested they were cooperative, hospitable and their charges were very reasonable.Thank you for a job very well done at short notice, I recommend their services to anyone wanting removal services.

Worst service ever. Paid them to move a new fridge into and old fridge out of our place. They arrived, complained about the doorway 'probably not being wide enough' as soon as they got out of the truck and spent 15 minutes struggling to lift the fridge through the doorway before giving up and leaving it outside and taking off. Housemate (who has a back injury) and I lifted it inside without a trolley in under a minute. I work in the removals industry so I do understand how difficult it can be, but this was definitely not a complicated or difficult job. Definitely would not recommend.
