Ordered a Sanchez pizza. Not sure what I recieved but deffinatly wasn't a Sanchez. No garlic aioli, roasted peppers or onions and tails left on the prawns

They could not give a flying toss once it's left their restaurant. Whilst I appreciate that they outsource delivery, the slightest bit of empathy or good will would not have gone astray. If you're going to serve up mediocre food, at least prove average service at the very least. Also, they clearly have the worst uber drivers servicing them , so might be best to pick up if you want their so-so pizza.

What a stingy and tasteless excuse for bolognese. I don't think these people have ever seen or tasted it. Next to no actual bolognese, just pasta with a bit of oily bland sauce and an occasional speck of meat.I haven't been here in years, don't remember it being so bad years ago. I had to drown this with parmesan cheese (of course the miserly chef/owner hasn't included this) just to make it edible. Glad I had cheese in the fridge.Please do yourself a favour and avoid if you actually enjoy pasta, or you'll be sorely disappointed. Rubys pizza has gone downhill. Used to be great during the week when the restarant wasnt busy. Ordered 2 pizzas today and the toppings are piled up that much in the middle i cant pick a slice up. Will not be returning

My friend and I were looking for somewhere to go for dinner tonight that we hadn't been too for a while and my friend chose Ruby's - oh boy, so glad she did! We ordered the Ruby's Special and it was delicious! Very generous with the toppings, we couldn't finish it all, so brought leftovers home ( we wanted to leave room for dessert which was Mars Bar Cake - again so yummy! Will definitely be going there again!

Order a tree hugger that I have for years , got a completely different pizza, none of the ingredients that are on the listing, the vegetarian pasta we have ordered for years is now containing no tomato sauce it's a weird OILY pesto kind with no flavour and what looks to be frozen vegetables:/ very disappointed

If half a star was an option that'd still be too kind...We ordered pizza at 6pm and rang up at 730 to see what was happening we were told it's on its way, they then rang back at 750 to tell us we just got your order we are preparing it now. No empathy at all for the mistake but fine whatever all good.Then at 835 our pizza arrived (2hrs35mins later) pizza was awful tasteless and clearly rushed.Finished with Ruby's after this latest epic fail.Considering the competition they have in town with so many pizza places you think they'd care abit more.

We've had ruby's pizza delivered for the last 12 years and tonight was the first time we've had it for a while. It was completely different and was NOTHING like it used to be. There was no flavour at all, the base was different and none of the toppings were the same.If a restraunt has been around for so long and was so well known, why would anyone want to change it so drastically? The pizza we ate tonight was so bland. We could get better pizza at any one of the countless other pizza places in Melton. What made ruby's stand as my favourite, is no longer there.

It's definitely a gem of a place, I had the barramundi and it was delicious, Angel was very attentive, friendly and helpful, nice and quiet, just an all round wonderful dining experience, thanks
