Stephen is very professional and helpful plus has lots of ideas. They have an awesome tiles collection in the warehouse. I found their service to be above and beyond my expectations.

Concept Tile and Timber store has all the latest tiles and timber well displayed and easy to view. The service provided by Steve and his wife was friendly and very informative.

Steve at Concept Tile and Timber is first of all a good bloke and after dealing with Steve on a regular basis I have found him to be trustworthy and consistently looking for ways to help me. He has extensive knowledge of tiles timber and the industry in general and also has a keen eye for colour and design. I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. The end-to-end customer service was second-to-none! from the moment I walked into the showroom to when my tiles were delivered and everything in between. The show room itself was gorgeous, so many tiles to choose from, very modern and it has the biggest tiles I have ever seen in the foyer.... I have not seen them anywhere else. I thought I knew what I wanted, but after walking around and looking for a bit, Steve gave me the confidence to play around with different ideas and I ended up with 3 different tiles. As you can see from my photo I chose a basic white, black subway and a stunning terrazzo. Thank you Thank you Steve for your patience, knowledge and eye for design.
