I purchased the Wertheim evolution stick vacuum, worked well for 1.5 years, then the batteries started deteriorating. I took it back to Godfreys Knox, they said I was 3 weeks over my warranty but due to COVID they would help anyway. They sent it off, 5 weeks later I get a message saying they won’t help me because it is outside warranty and it would cost over $350 for a new battery pack. Took almost another two weeks for them to send it back to the store for me to pick it up. 7 weeks without a vacuum just to tell me they won’t help. Now that I got it back, it is even worse than before, now it only lasts 1 minute before it dies. I reckon they purposely messed with it even more. I always purchased from Godfreys, and always encourage friends and family to purchase vacuums from them. The battery should last 4 years not less than 2. this brand sucks, and the service too. I will be getting a Dyson or something else like everyone else, at least there is aftermarket batteries, and 3D printed adaptors. Very disappointed

The sales person who sold us a vacuum cleaner was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

I got served by a lovely gentleman called shiv , shiv went above and beyond to help me . He was good and his caring nature of customers goes along way . And so does his service to customers ,he takes the time to explain things as well. He is very humble and courteous. Well done shiv, you are an asset to Godfrey's knox.

Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. Seems like a lot of people are posting low scores due to their own negligence.One bad review said they stood there and no one served them? Ask for help then!Another said they didn't know how to use the vacuum they bought? Read the instructions or learn it on YouTube before complaining a SALESMAN sold you the product you CHOSE to buy?And the best one was the people complained their vacuum wasn't able to be fixed because it was OUTSIDE the warranty? Like that's the manufacturer's warranty not Godfrey's lmao.Honestly my experience was quick and easy. Was served by young dude who knew what he was talking about and the older gentleman marked the price down because it was out of stock and would be sent to the warehouse.10/10 would get a vacuum from there again. They were even offering the display model for $50 less. We didn't take it but it that's good bloody service in my book.

Recently purchased a Roborock Dyad Pro from the Godfrey's team at Knox City. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend visiting the store if you actually want to see these items in action - something that's harder to do these days with the growth of online only stores!

Terrible experience at Knox store today. Stood there for over 15mins and was ignored. New customer walked in and sales person served them immediately when we were standing right there? And when confronted, the sales person said ‘oh I didn’t see you’ sarcastically. Do not buy from this store - terrible service.

Very good to deal with. We bought a Hoover stick vacuum which was cutting out on us. Thought it was a faulty battery but it turned out we were not cleaning the filter properly., in spite of what we thought were our best efforts. Guy on duty at Godfrets Knox (apologies for not remebering your name) diagnosed the problem and gave us useful advice on how to avoid the situation recurring.

David was so helpful and friendly. We weren't sure how to empty our new vacuum and he graciously showed us. Will be back here to buy our next vacuum

Worst service ever. Sold me a Hoover vacuum without providing clear instructions on how to operate it or providing clarity on the various parts. When I faced difficulty and brought it back to be returned the next day, the store manager accused me of damaging the vacuum cleaner therefore not allowing a refund. Absolute cheats

My wife and I stopped in here just to get an idea of what's on the market after our old vacuum died. The customer service was top notch! The salesman was so helpful. He explained all of our options. My wife has severe allergies and the staff could have quite easily kept on upselling us. Instead, they listened and gave us options without being pushy. We even turned around to see a trolley had been collected for us to carry our purchase. Thankyou for the great service. We will definitely come back for any accessories or issues.
