Thank you for opening up your home, your garden, and your heart today Ash by sharing your space and your journey with us. We learned a lot from you and your experiences, which will guide our path towards redesigning our old house into a more comfortable, environmentally sustainable home.

It was a blessing to cross paths with Ash several years ago. He is a skilled and experienced personal trainer, yoga teacher and life mentor. Beyond his technical expertise, Ash is a warm and wonderful person who brings an empathic approach and a generosity of spirit to his work and to his teaching. I recommend Ash to anyone who is seeking personal growth through building deeper connections with themselves and with their lives.

The Sunday morning Yoga sessions with Ash was a perfect way to start the day.Ash has a very calming nature and is genuinely interested in how you are, making sure you listen to your body.He provided excellent classes, not doing the same thing each time and worked within your capability. The classes are not overcrowded giving them that personalised feel.My husband also had the experience of a few 1:1 sessions as he suffers from severe back issues and Ash was patient and accommodating being mindful of his injuries so he did not over do it. He always felt refreshed and renewed after his sessions.Would highly recommend the Sunday session or 1:1 sessions with Ash.

Ash is an incredibly knowledgeable practitioner and working with him feels like a true partnership. He takes time to understand where you are, has a beautifully grounded presence and the support offered is exceptional. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

My mental health and well-being has improved more in the last 3 weeks since working with Ash compared to the last 3 years of working with a psychologist.
