Edited to include a response to owners comments below:It's interesting that you claim to be unsure of who this review relates to, as my father was finally contacted by your business, less than 2 hours after posting this review. It would seem either to be the biggest conincidence in history or someone there knows which customer this is about.Unfortunately he was still left disappointed with VCM and the outcome of the whole situation.I used to always bring my machines here for maintenance and servicing and unfortunately I encouraged my family to use this business too.My father had his machine serviced" and "repaired" and it came back still not working

These guys are fantastic! They are so honest and work hard to get you the best solution! The team have always helped me out with anything I’ve needed and when it was time to buy a new machine the sales team were absolutely amazing getting me set up with a brand new machine!100% recommend these guys for anything to do with coffee!

Brandon and the team at VCM have been fantastic. We've been very disorganised moving into a brand new location but VCM kept in contact and made sure to have our new coffee machine delivered and installed in a timely manner. We got a very detailed and informative induction to our new machine which they set up with our logo and brand colours. It looks so professional. The coffee tastes great! The customers and the staff LOVE it! Highly recommend.
