A short stroll to Eyre Park in one direction and a short stroll to the beach and cafes in the other direct. Was a clean and comfortable home base for our young family for our weekend away in Albany. Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate our booking changes and I cannot recommend her hospitality high enough. Thank you!

Melissa was grumpy and unhelpful.The bathroom was dirty and had mould throughout the grout.We could not access the free Wi-Fi which was a huge disappointment.The noise from adjoining rooms was excessive and management couldn’t care less.

If I could give 0 star I would have. All the good reviews must be owner’s friend.I was disgusted to stay but we couldn’t cancel the booking had to stay .The staff is very dishonest and rude.Arrived for booking and was “ looked up and down” “ No customer Service “ Was spoken with disrespect” was discriminated for being different and was laughed at.

Great location, very friendly owner. The 2 bedroom unit was massive, not what we were expecting, which was a lovely surprise. We were recommended a great place for dinner (walking distance with our toddler). Near the beach, which has a great children's playground. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and very private. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 4 people and it was excellent. Everything you need and more. Spacious, clean, new furniture, extremely comfy beds, lots of storage space, kitchen is well stocked and lovely and warm even in an Albany winter. Plus the shower is awesome, better than mine at home! Thank you for a really enjoyable stay. The owners and staff of this property are first class.
