Food is good and as a local for 15 years this has been a staple. But the music is blasted so loud no one can have a conversation. We came on a Tuesday lunch time and asked if they could turn it down. They said they were instructed not to touch the music.Honestly we come for the food not the music. It sounds like a night club with pumping dance tracks. Customers shouting over each other trying to have a conversation Why ! Made lunch stressful. My friend and I have decided not to come back. It’s a shame.

Love the service here. Burgers are delicious as always but staff are friendly and efficient. Food comes out quickly and tastes delicious (get the low carb buns). The Vegetarian (beyond meat) burgers are a different offering to other burger places and don't fill you up so much. Sweet potato fries are tasty as well. Get the Grilled app for special offers too.

The BEST Grill'd branch and best hamburger place! Thanks to both the quality and service! The sweet potato chips and summer sunset burger are the favourites. You know a restaurant is doing great when the only thing that they could improve is their toilet paper holders. The fact that they come out of the holder easily and there's no shelf for extra supplies has you question the hygiene, which is a total disservice to this restaurant. I've a very sensitive stomach and low germ tolerance, and in all the years, I've never been sick. In fact, if my gut biome feels imbalanced, I always feel better after eating here. Also, if you pre-order, they've a display food warmer that not only stops your freshly made burgers and salads from going cold, but somehow, it even makes them taste better!! I always keep mine in there for 10 or so minutes.

When I dine in - Grill'd is the best, but as Lockdown NSW hit I got a take out Superfood Salad, opted to skip the dressing and nuts BUTThey forgot everything, no beetroot, no Avocado, pretty much a small bit of lettuce and cold chicken. What a waste of $15.

Had the Superfood Salad. It is great except the tinned beetroot does ruin it a bit. Four stars as it was tinned beetroot. Stopped for a moment to think whether I added a side of fries yet that would have defeated the purpose. Sat in a really cool position; table facing the passing crowd. Quick service. Clean. Efficient. In the words of a famous movie quote: I'll be back""

Came for lunch at Crows Nest Grill’d, ordered two sliders (I’m a member) and they still have to ask for the name each time. I always thought the idea of a membership is to get recognition as a loyal customer! Specially after they scan the barcode - name should come up on their system. Get it together please. Look after your customers. Called your customers by name when known and not a number! I thought after so many feedbacks that I provided through their app membership, this would have been solved by now!On a positive note. Your burgers are always amazing!

i enjoyed my experience here - although some staff were a bit new they were really sweet. although the burgers aren’t exactly cheap grilld relish always has good deals. there’s free wifi too!

Burger quality/price is great, friendly & caring staff. As soon as you take drinks and fries, the value for money decreases (food is good, just pricey), but if you stick to wagyu burgers, great option for a casual quick meal. Today, very friendly staff !
