I walked in and was attended to straight up no waiting after spending 5 days at a Mad Max event in Southern Cross WA with heavy braids, my hair was dusty & dirty, sensitive and and a stiff neck to boot. Young Rikkia made sure my aching head of braids were removed gently, scalp and hair well scrubbed from the goldfields dirt and dust whilst closing my eyes controlling the remote for the massaging chair at the hair washing basin. Very affordable thanks to management and a little extra tip for Rikkia and her awesome pamper. TY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Def recommend & will be returning for another great shampoo and conditioning.

After a horrible colour, a cry and cancel of plans, my daughter rang and made a complaint.After another visit they didn't want to know about it, left me sitting there embarrassed and Im still waiting on another manager to give me a call.Well it's all fixed now, looks beautiful, thanks to another salon who knew exactly what I wanted, didn't need toners either??

$112 for a wash n blow-dry is rediculous! Just moved from Sydney and wasn't even paying that there.

Jay (hope I spelt her name right) helped my daughter love her new shoulder length hair! She went for the big chop off and Jay did it beautifully! Jay was also super friendly, very understanding of my daughters wants and needs, very supportive and extremely helpful! The price was awesome! Overall, so stoked we walked in there!

We arrived at opening time, and were second in the door, but we were asked to come back in 1hr. Disappointed to wait, but we wanted a cut and colour that day.We provided a picture of what we wanted and came out with a completely different cut and colour. Half way through they advised us they would need to charged more than what was quoted.After this, I had to request more colour was put in as the natural brown was showing through the black dye. I also had to request a more cutting/styling to be done as it looked like a mullet (half head foils and all over colour). Long black with short layers (red foils). Would definitely not recommend. They charger over $450. Was quoted $200 at another salon for next time. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no reply. Never again!! Mandurah Forum location.

Just sat in your salon for almost an hour. You said you had availability for a trim. I was told to sit down and was ignored whilst you take in new customers.

got an appointment for 10:30am, at 11:15am I'm still sitting in the chair with an apron on but no stylist and no idea whats happening. I watched several people come and go after me and not once didn't the employees communicate with me or give any kind of assurance. if they didn't have the capacity to work with me I would've appreciated just being told straight up instead of the big time waste. pretty disappointing
