bought the front micro sensor two months ago, it worked fine in the beginning, then recently start to go crazy beeping while driving even though there's nothing in front of my car.Call the customer service, POOR customer service, the lady was SO RUDE, SO SO RUDE, I didn't plain to SPEND THE MONEY TO GET INSULTED.And she told me to turn off the sensor while driving. what a joke, its not only for parking, also to avoid accidents while driving.Very regret to purchase it.

paid for a 4 system reverse kit but they only installed a 2.this was done pre-delivery with no communication or consultation.problem was unable to be rectified despite emails and re-inspection.poor communication (should have call me prior to commencing any work if they could not install what was requested) and problem unable to be resolved. incident occurred June 2016.

I initially gave these guys a one star. I was so frustrated with the lack of contact and after sales service. The product was faulty and I couldn’t get a call back. With a change of staff the difference is amazing. Dave and team have taken all of the bitterness out of our experience and I know we will be happy with the outcome. Thank you for your back up support we are now on our holiday!!!!

If I could give there product a negative 10 I would. I had a cruise control fitted about a 14 months ago. Coming down the highway today my cruise control locked on and wouldn't turn off doing 100 km/h. I seriously thought I was going to die and would recommend to anyone to avoid this product. It doesn't get much more dangerous than that. Very disappointed.
