Having researched the flooring product I wanted at 3 major retail outlets I visited Sam in Keilor to see what he had on offer.I was impressed with his knowledge, advice and assistance in choosing the right flooring for my apartment.I am overjoyed with the end result, his flooring contractor has done an amazing job, worked on his own and had the job completed in a timely fashion.I would suggest before agreeing to any work to carefully read through the T & C's as there was a slight miss understanding which on the day was amicably resolved.Thank you Sam.

Sam and his team did an outstanding job! We are very happy with the product Quick-Step Majestic Laminate which they installed for us very neatly and with great expertise, at our house. I am also very happy with matching scotia and trims. From the moment I met Sam, he was extremely kind, professional and really knew his stuff. He gave me some great input which made my decision easier and helped me with the process. They have great customer support :) Thank you Sam and your team for the amazing job! I look forward to installation of the signature carpet in bedrooms which I am confident will turn out as beautiful as the laminate floors! We are so pleased with the appearance of our floor and highly recommend Keilor Flooring Xtra!

After some sub par help from some of the other big name" flooring places we were told to chat to Sam at Flooring Xtra and we are so glad we did. Not only did he understand our project and requirements he was incredibly flexible with us as our builder cold not get their act to gather and give us decent deadlines as to when the site would be ready for install.The floor is now installed and looks fantastic. The install quality is great. Very happy with the result."

The customer service and price is exceptional. Sam and his team are professional helpful and keep you in the loop with information regarding your order. The finished product looks amazing we are really happy with how it looks, installation process was efficient and they also clean up after themselves WONDERFUL - Hybrid flooring in the entire living areas and kitchen it looks even better in person than the photos. Highly Recommend to others.

Sam and the team are true gem’s in the industry. Customer service is second to none. My requirements were to remove carpets from the bedrooms and install matching floorboards. Sam was able to source the exact same matching floorboards and installed them (including taking up the old carpets and preparing the floor for install). All done within 2 days and the end result is truely spectacular. I was also shown how to maintain and treat the newly installed floorboards, ensuring they stay looking new. Highly recommended. Thanks Sam.

Sam was very attentive to our questions. Even during Covid restrictions where we couldn't meet and visit the showroom, he still managed to organize samples for us and followed up through the whole process. Once we decided on what we wanted, we were amazed at how efficient the team were. We are so happy with the flooring and the outcome. Sam and his team did our hybrid floors, which were installed post-handover after our build, so it involved removing all the skirting boards and reinstalling them after. Their work was fast, communication was outstanding and when small problems arose (small plaster damage due to builder error) they were fixed quickly. His carpet person not only tucked our carpets but did an on the spot fix of a hole we got in our carpet (from the kids!), couldn't tell where the hole was! Very highly recommended, thankyou Sam and team!
