I recently went in to ask for help finding a testing site, as I went to the wrong pathology lab next door. The assistants were very helpful and I was totally stressed out and probably a pain to deal with. Thank you both( and the testing site was off Gaffney Street, next to the Lake Reserve Park)

Very convenient location, with the medical centre being upstairs, you get to see the doctor and then purchase the prescription medication straight after your visit if it's within the opening hours, they also sell cosmetics, fragrances, over the counter medication and lollies.

Asked for assistance finding some Magnesium 1000mg tablets and was shown a Natures Way product @ $26+.I said wow.Then I was shown another at $14 whilst having a quick glance at the info, I said these are only 250 mg.Then the attendent after looking around gave me a 3rd option which she told me she just happened to take herself.1000mg 150 tablets for $14.Why did you hand me the $26 option first ?

I personally get along great with all staff members and I have never had to wait to long for my medication.They have a fantastic friendly team who really know what they are talking about.And this is the only chemist in the area that has very long opening hours including being open on most public holidays.

Went today with a very sore eye, was treated with tremendous kindness and got immediate relief with the product recommended by the female pharmacist. I've always liked this pharmacy and I note that there is new management, just as good in my opinion.

Incompetent and incredibly poor customer service. Dropped a compound prescription in which we were desperate for and made it clear we needed this the next day so if they couldn’t do it to tell us and we’d go elsewhere. But they assured us it’d be ready the next day. When we went to collect it the next day as agreed we were told it wouldnt be ready for another 3 or 4 days as “we were too busy”. This is the second time they haven’t delivered an important compound prescription within the agreed time. Avoid. Horrible in every way.
